Hello Allow Me To Introduce Myself

I am very excited to be here. I have been reading the topics and responses of many individuals, I must say I was pleasantly surprised at all of the many comments of which I could relate to! It is a wonderful feeling to know I am not alone, that others are in like situations, and deal with the same feelings I deal with on a daily basis.
Even though I am new to this forum I am not new to chronic pain. It is in the last five years that I have needed medicinal assistance from my pain doctor. I suffer from MS since I was twenty. I am very fortunate that I still retain my own mobility
(no wheel chair or cane needed), I also have Ischemic Colitis, Fibromyalgia, osteo arthritis, and mental illness(bi-polar). I am on the fentynal patch, (changing it every three days), the dose is 50mcg. For any break through pain I am given 30mg of oxycodone taking it up to four times a day. The psych medications are: Zoloft 200mg once a day; Abilify 15mg once a day; clonidine 0.1mg once a day and finally Ativan 1mg twice a day.
I intend to get the maximum benefits out of this site by participating in the various topics being discussed, so I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of you my fellow sufferers.
