Hey guys, a few months ago I started experiencing some lower back pain. Especially after the gym, and while being at the gym. More so after squats, leg press etc. Then it started to be more and more persistent with different things I would do. I saw a doctor and I went and got an x-ray and nothing showed. So he sent me to a physiotherapist, whom I still see from time to time.. and to be honest it hasn't help too much. Though, my muscles in my back and buttocks are so tight, that when I am with the physiotherapist, I can definitely feel when he is trying to massage me out. I've been doing pilates, and getting my back tapped up etc, but now the pain is really getting in the way of me doing things. Simple things like sitting down, it hurts! it's painful, and now the pain is going down my left leg, this is very recent.. as only a week ago it was just my back that hurt. Now it's my buttocks and my left leg. Does anyone else have this pain, and what did you do to find out what it is/was and or how did you cope with it?
