Time Zone

When trying to change the time zone for my local zone, all that shows up is the date part. THere is no way to see what one to choose so that the correct time shows up. I am in the eastern zone but all that the drop down box shows is a group of July 8. How do I see the zone that goes with all those July 8ths?

The time zone drop down menu does NOT show everything, but you can figure out your time zone by looking at the time.
Thats how I identified that my time zone. When you are in your Account, go to Timezone. When you click you will find:

Day - Date - Time and -offset to GMT

I just look at the time and match it to mine.
