Hi, I'm Paul, A 67 year old Male emigrated to Australia in 1972. I first encountered Sciatica about 12 years ago after inquiring an office job for the first time. I used to carry my wallet in my back left hand pocket and in doing so with all the sitting down at the wrong angle gave me what I later found out to be Sciatica. The removal of the wallet worked wonders and I haven't had a problem until now. About two weeks ago it all started again but the pain was so bad I couldn't go to work. Of course I went to my Doctors who prescribed various pain killers and sent me for a CT scan. To cut a long story short yesterday I had a Cortisone injection and today I feel on top of the world. I have to have more work done on the 22nd April but I'm hoping the pain stays away as I've never felt so much agony as I have over the last 14 days.
