About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with 2 bulging disc in my neck, C3 and C5. Surgery was not recommened. I can function a normal life, with caution. too much lifting causes neck pain, and my range of motion is less than it used to be. But usually, I have learned to live with it. However, I have noticed that in the last year or so when I put my arms over my hear and look down (when I fix my hair) I feel and hear something in my neck - like marbles, and lately, when I look down (at the phone or computer) again I hear and feel movement in my neck. It is always tender and there is a continual nagging ache on the left side of my neck and alot of stiffness. Any suggestions as to why my neck is slipping and what I can do besides surgery to help it?
