pain therapy

Has anyone tried aquatic therapy? Ive heard about it, and thinking about trying any comment"s? Thank You much ya"ll

    And you will find pages of formal Spine-Health articles and Spine-Health forum threads/posts dealing with that subject.

    I have had aquatic therapy many times. Generally it has gone hand in hand with my land therapy. I have always found that I had much better results from the water side than I do from the land side.

    Since, I have had so much success with aqua therapy, I continued to stay on in a "Independent Water Program" I use the same heated pool, the only difference I am monitored by a technician vs a therapist. I've been doing this for almost 6 years now, mostly twice a week. When I stop going for a while, I find my self tensing and tightening up, so, I do always need to go back into the water,
