Hi, I am a 26 year old male. From last 3 months I'm having pain in my left shoulder, neck and hand. MRI report shows There is a loss of normal cervical lordosis due to muscular spasm, Mild Disc bilge noted in C3-4 and C4-5 inter vertebral discs with minimal indenting over ventral thecal sac without significant neural formina narrowing.
Pain killers hels but not on permanent basis. My physiotherapist said a nerved is pinched in my neck that is causing the pain. And told some exercise to do for neck. Its been 7 days but I'm not feeling better. So please help me, is that a serious condition? Could it be treated by exercise?
