Well I had my doctor's appointment this past Monday. We took x-rays and I just waited. When he came in, he asked me if I have tried any shots. I told him no. They didn't work the first time, I didn't think they would help this time. He agreed. I was shocked. He told me that the disc is slowly fading away. And that everytime I bend forwards or backwards my bone slips in and out. So that is causing my nerves to be pitched.

So on August 27th(my birthday) I will be going in for a 4th time to fuse L4-L5. He is gonna remove the disc, put an articial disc in and then rods/screws.

I feel like I am a champ at this now.
