Help!!! Back in August I was diagnosed with a bulging disc at l5. It went away after a month and a half and I went back to my rigorous level of activity, which includes deep stretching and pole fitness. Two weeks ago, doing a pole trick i hit my butt bone but paid no mind to it. The next day I noticed the pain on my lower back increase significantly, the day after that I started feeling pain in my rectom. I rested and took a steroid pack I had which seemed to help with rectal discomfort, but on day 5 I woke in the middle of the night with foot numbness on my left. Then I got tingling on my right foot three middle toes. I ended up going to ER a week and one day later after incident because I felt pins and needles on my vagina and was leaking urine. They checked my rectum strength and checked some other senses- strength in feet ect and sent me home. When I woke up the next day I had this uncontrollable itch on my foot along now with my left foot feeling cold. I continued with my day and later in the evening my entire left leg was tingling I freaking out and went back to ER. They did and MRI on my lower back and it came back clean!!! They sent me home...today left foot is still cold, I have lower back pain, and I also started have pain in in the middle of my foot, not in arch but in the heal, I have random itching all over my body and flutterings. My right leg toes also have a sharp pain. I am trying not to freak out but I feel like it's getting worse and worse to the point that one of these days I am going to wake up paralyzed!! I didn't take any meds until tonight - I took four ibuprofen. Has anybody had any of these symptoms, any advice? It be greatly appreciated. P.s. Pain in rectum is no longer a sharp pain but if sitting straight it feels a lot of pressure..

Did you tell your doctor about your ER visits? And or see your doctor for follow up?

My history with my pain management/neurologist doctor...he always wants to read the tests himself. Ex: like MRI.

Good communication with doctor very important and I would tell him everything and what I feel and thinking. Hopefully doctor will answer your questions and then that could reduce some of your anxiety....and that energy could be directed towards healing.

Keep us posted on how your progressing and how doctor answers you
