L1 Compression Fracture 14 years ago... Pain since

14 Years ago I had a L1 compression fracture which always showed healed okay.

Since then, I have been progressively getting worse back pain, but lower, in the L4-L5 area. Doctors say one has nothing to do with the other.. Ive had lower back pain since the accident so I assumed they went hand in hand.

Recently started seeing a PM doctor, got an updated MRI, which shows nothing that "jumps out as a concern".

I have had 2 SI joint Injections (took away some Hip pain) and most recently last week a S4 & S5 left side Facet joint injection. I was not able to rest the area for any point after (the day after my injection my 2yr old son fell and had to get stitches.. needless to say I was holding and carrying most of the day then hold him down for stitches.. no good for back pain). I am in just as much pain a week later. Im guessing that wasnt the problem. I was doing PT 1 - 2 a week. It really wasnt helping although it was getting me stretching a bit.

I sit most of the day at a desk job.

I go through days of either ignoring it or its not too bad, then days where I am tempted to take pain killers (which i hate to do)

I really don't know what else to do. MRI shows nothing out of the ordinary.. Shots arent helping,
