Fusion to ADR

I have a question. Is it possible to have L4-L5 and L5-S1 spinal fusion, that is not working and then have it redone with an ADR? I am only 3 weeks post op from the multi-level fusions, (they were independant of each other probably a month apart), but It seems that my pain is either different or increased in my legs and feet. I have been dealing with this since September 2014 and have had 5 surgeries, the two I mentioned and two discectomy's that led to those fusions, and on from an infection. Am I just being too inpatient? or should I have had some relief?
