I noticed this 1 week ago, I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before that. The last two vertebra(or whatever they are called) and slighty the third one (top to bottom) are sticking out even when I'm standing. No matter what position I take they are almost always there. Not to mention when I bend over... They are like 0.5cm+ sticking out when I'm bend over. How do I fix this? Will the chin tuck against wall work?
NOTE: I don't feel pain but slight strain when I'm sitting in a specific position.
