7wks post-op I am finally feeling like I will get my life back

wow it has been a long 7wks. I will say it again this back surgery is not for wimps! It has been such a mental and physical journey. I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and this group has been a tremendous support. thank you all who have answered my questions and gave me hope that this will pass.
I started PT 1 wk ago and that has been so helpful! I am alone alot and just getting out and having someplace to drive to has been a thrill.
the only problem that I am still dealing with is the egg sized swelling at the incission site. also have abit of the leg pain after excersise.
Perhaps I can ride my horse in late august or sept!
