Hi Everybody,
I'm in agony and don't know where to turn.I hurt myself Tues.5/26/15 at work, went in fine,no problem,no pain,a few hours later I could just about get to my car and drive home.I deliver auto parts so lifting is part of the job,I felt something in my lower side that morning but didn't think much about it.The few deliveries I did that morning I felt something but nothing in my mind that would cause this.
The pain in the few hours I was at work became so intense and now 10 days later it's the same with no answers as of yet.
Walking is almost impossible, sitting the same, lying in bed is all I can do because I'm able to change position's often, can't sleep and so on.
Workers Comp. sent me to a doctor that they say I have to see because he's on the panel,he took x rays gave me pain medication and told me to have an MRI soon because he wanted to see me on Mon. 6/8
I had an MRI yesterday Thur. 6/4 so I have the weekend before my next appt.
The pain medicine he gave me was oxycodone 5 mg tablet he said take two if I need it.Well taking one didn't help-so I tried two still no relief, but he did tell me that's the strongest pain medicine he will give to any patient I was confused as to why but after asking some people including pharmacist's the DEA is controlling it on account of drug seekers and people overdosing and so on.That doesn't make sense to me, so me and others like me in suffer ??? They have to be kidding there's no way I can go on like this, there has to be something I can do. It's a joke.
