Weird sensation

I am 63 YO male . Had spinal Fusion in 1982 think L4-L5 . Overall i have done well over the years . I have strained low back a few times but moist heat and rest helped . I somewhat have learned to live with some light to moderate pain . My concern at this time is that if I lift a light load above my head in a reaching position my low back , hips and legs feel cold , weak and weird . I get this when I lay in some positions or even stand in some positions . I had prostate cancer almost 3 years ago and had the prostate removed with 0 PSAs since . Is it compressed nerves in the low back ? Should I seek orthopedic help again ?

There is nobody on the forum medically qualified to give advice, all responses will be based on members personal experiences
