Here is my MRI has it done this month
marrow signal intensity within the lumber spine t10 t11 t12 and the visualized sacrum is normal sagittal t1 t2 ansd STIR. alignment is anatomic. the lower thorasic spinal cord is normal and the conus ends at the upper aspect of L1. the last 4 thorasic disc and the first 3 lumbar disc are normal in height and signal.

l4-l5 there is a slight central disc bulge which has no significant effect upon the thecal sac. there is subtle irregularity in the right l4-l5 facet corresponding to the oblique x rays. l5-s1 the disc is normal. no evidence of spinal stenosis. the neural foramiina are patent. the immediate paraspinal soft tissues are normal.

there is a slight disc bulge at l4-l5 without significant effect upon the thecal sac. the right facet at that level is slightly irregular. i only have pain when i bend from side to side left and right. no pain from sitting bending forward or anything else. thanks in advance

I also like to add that i am a boxer. i started feeling minor pain when i started boxing last year . i only feel pain when i slip punches. bending at the hips from left to right. from 1-10 it would be a 2. other than that no pain at all. i can run do anything without pain.

What exercise should i do? i tried the mckenzie and i feel a little pain. again from 1-10 id give it a 2

ALL excercise programs should be cleared and approved by your medical provider and specific to your individual condition. It is unwise and unsafe to follow the excercise programs of other members without your doctor's permission
