5 year old spinal fusion pain

I received a spinal fusion five years ago. My two rods are connected by nineteen screws from the cervical area to the thoracic area of my spine ( I don't know exact vertebras). I am incredibly active and have never had a problem up until two days ago when i lifted a heavy karaoke machine. I initially felt a twinge of pain in the cervical area on the right side of my spine. When this has happened in the past I typically rest for a day or two and I'm good to go. However, over the past two days the pain has gotten worse. It almost feels like a pinched nerve in that specific area of my fusion. As of today it was less twingy and more of a burning feeling that spreads throughout the rest of my spine. It has gotten to the point where if i move my right arm, I feel horrible pain in that area. I am concerned I loosened something or pulled something a little too far.as anyone experienced this type of localized pain? Should I see a doctor immediately?

Thank you!!
