Hi all. So, I've been dying to find out what happened this morning... its been 12 hours and I still have sharp pain around a certain vertebra in my upper back. I was laying on my back with my head on a pillow, and then I turned to my left side. Boom, sharp pain. I couldn't get up for 3 hours. I can walk about no, but here and there I'll get a real sharp pain. Its been this way for 9 hours now...

Compression fracture? Also, I'm only 26, no osteoporosis.
