I've just made this account to share my experience, and to seek help if anyone can offer
As the title says, I've been suffering from mild to severe lower back pain for 16 months now. I've consulted 7-8 specialized doctors already, went to 2 Physiotherapy centers and the still no improvements. The doctors said there's nothing wrong with my back except for muscle spasm. So I took countless meds over the last year. Still nothing.
One doctor said the problem is with my flexible flat feet. So he recommended that I use Arch support with my shoes, which I did for a couple of weeks with Myonal and Celebrex pills. However, the pain didn't ease. I've done everything I could.
So far nothing has proved effective. Swimming, exercises, stretching, medicines and physiotherapy have all failed me.
Is there anything left I can do?
I'm a 26 years old guy with no other joints/bones problems and haven't done any surgeries.
