Spinal Cord Stimulator

I had a spinal cord stimulator surgically put in my back 8 weeks ago (Boston Scientific brand). It was put in for nerve damage and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome after two knee replacements. One was 4 years ago and the other 3 years ago; I have had 5 sympathetic nerve blocks, the genicular nerves blocked and other smaller injections with no improvement. So far the stimulator is not helping. I will be meeting my technician for the 2nd time to reprogram the stimulator to get a better feel. I still take 1-2 Vicodin a day. I have begun an anti inflammatory diet to try to push this along. I am only on day 8 of the diet. Has anyone had good results with the stimulator for knee pain? And if so, does it take awhile to improve?
