I am an athlete and a coach. I am having the first of my surgeries on this Monday. I was wondering if there is any place or link where I can get a post op healing checklist to help me? I am used to goals and objectives

Example: ◇ can turn self over in bed
◇can sit up by myself
◇can stand by myself
◇can walk by myself?

What surgery are you having? if you use the search box to type in the procedure you will find helpful articles about post surgeries and what to expect etc, You will also find threads from members discussing their personal recoveries.
