si fusion surgery

Hi I'm new but wanted to write my experience. In Nov 27,2014 I had TLIF L5 S1 went well was bk to work in March 2015. I have to say during back to work started having sharp pain in lower back ,not able to sleep flat.after continued doctor visit ,the finally where able to determine it was my si joints. I ended up July 22, 2015 having a bilateral si joint fusion surgery with the ifuse implant. I have to say its been a week yes I'm walking alone I sit stand even drove yesterday.I'm very sore the pain comes an go but over all doing great. I plan on returning to work Aug 17,2015 lets hope .

  • Hi sorry I haven't been on here so now I'm a year of my si fusion an two of my tilf an sad to say I'm still having tons of  pain it's hard to sleep walk far. Bending forward forget about it. I was told by Doctor need a third surgery due to my si fusion on the right failed talk about disappointment ugh
