I have DDD with bulging discs from C4-C7. It is sitting on the median nerve which makes my left arm numb and causes tingling. This also switches to the right arm at times but I feel it mostly in my left. When the doctor diagnosed me with this he told me that I was too young to have surgery at the age of 42. I go to physical therapy which helps and I maintain the exercises that they tell me to do at home. I also get a shot once every six months which helps a lot. When the pain starts to hurt it also radiates to my lower back. I would love to know if anyone else has this issue and maybe they can shed some light or has surgery for the same issue. I don't know what is in the shot that my doctor gives me but let me tell you not only does it hurt but it works really well.
