Anyone with pressure behind the eyes? Neck/head throbbing or pulsing?

Hi everyone, I was recently diagnosed with scoliosis and cervical muscle dysfunction. The doctor didn't seem that concerned but I'm suffering from many neurological symptoms and other symptoms that I can't put my finger on.

According to the doctor, my vertigo IS from my spine. But then I mentioned the pressure behind the eyes and he said to see an eye doctor. The thing is, I don't think these are two different disease. I'm pretty sure the eye pressure and dizziness have the same cause.

I was wondering if anybody here has pressure behind the eyes along with their dizziness.

Also, does anybody's neck pulsate like your hear is in your neck or nape? I have that quite badly and went to the ER thinking it was a stroke. According to my orthopedist, this is related to the spine though. I find that hard to believe but I wanted to see if anybody had it.

I did get dizziness when they said I had pressure behind the eyes but I also have black spots when they decided to do a field of vision test on me which has come back abnormal so now I have to go and see the ophthalmologist every few months. I was told by the neurologist (because I was having headaches linked to my spinal fusions when they saw there was pressure behind my eyes). I haven't noticed neck pulsating though.

Since a significant concussion five months ago I suffer constant severe headaches, neck pain, sleep deprivation, Tinnitus, and cognitive issues. The headaches are accompanied by pressure behind both eyes, deep seated ear aches, which all have had little or no help from various pain meds. Other problems include emotive/anger problems, memory loss, difficulty with speech, dizzy spells, and other problems. My Specialist recommended Cervical Branch Medial Blocks, followed by Radio frequency Ablations to the Cervical nerves that maybe causing the headaches along with the neck and shoulder pain. Several days past I did undergo the RFA and glad to say there were no serious after effects, just a localised numbness and pain around the probe site. There is no change to the headaches, but considerable relief from neck/ shoulder pain on the side that the RFA was done. I am to have the same procedure on other side of the neck in 3 to 4 weeks and will be most happy if the same result (or better) is obtained.
Has anybody had similar results, or had good results from Headaches from RFA.
