I have been dealing with pain in rib cage in my back. I have had it for about a year after a fall where I slipped and landed flat on my back. I have had X-rays and there is no fracture. Nothing makes it better. I have tried meds, therapy, massage, chiro, tens, and trigger point injections. I am finally going for an MRI. I have been reading about how rare thoracic spine injuries are, but I am pretty sure that's what my problem is. I can't twist, bend to the left, lift with my left side, and when I sit I have to lean to my right the whole time. Until about a week ago it had solely been on the left side, but now it has radiated across my spine to the right side also. Any ideas of what else this might be? I am hoping it's not surgery, but I don't know if I can avoid it. I have done all the non-surgical stuff basically. Any help would be great!!
