Fluid collection after laminectomy

I am 4 months after L3-4 L4-5 minimally invasive laminectomy for central spinal stenosis..
Was doing not bad, walking 5 miles a day, physio, swimming. Some residual aches here and there.
3 weeks ago I overdid on exercises and get setback with toes numbness rt more than lt, tingling of rt foot,
Hamstring burning. Called surgeon office and they ordered MRI as I never had toes numbness even before surgery.
Get it easy for a week, plus Advil and numbness subsided, but tingling still here in both feet, comes and goes.
So get MRI yesterday and report from radiologist mention fluid collection 2x1.8 cm at L4 laminectomy site ,
Probably seroma, but could not exclude infection( however I don't have fever or back pain and blood work is ok) it is not compress anything on mri. Rest of mri looks ok, both stenosis gone now,no epidural fibrosis or extensive scar formation.

If any of you had fluid collection (not infection)after surgery can you share you experience. If anything was done or just observation. How long it took to resolve if all?
My surgeon on vacation now , wait couple of week to discuss this with him.
Thank you.
