Oldie but newbie!! I'm back 2 weeks out 2 level acdf

Well hello again just thought I would check in with some old friends and re-assure some new. I have had 2 previous lumbar surgeries latest in 2010 for 360 single level L5-S1 with excellent results and now had to have a 2 level C4-5 C5-6 fusion. I have DDD and cervical stenosis and had a large osteophyte complex pressing on my spinal cord with some right radiculopathy and some myelopathy . I have been waiting for this one to go for 12 yrs since it originally herniated. I did not have much pain pre-op so it was hard to go for this surgery like some of you talk about but when you look at the CT scan and see all bone in the spinal canal its a no brainer, it's not going away so I took his first cancel and went for it. My son is getting marries Oct 11 th and didn't want to risk this getting worse. Doing well, surgery was 7/16 and disch on 7/18 and rode 3.5 hr home from NYC. Went to work 1/2 days for past 2 days and did ok. Only had to wear soft collar for 2 weeks. Wondering on this recovery will I be back to all my normal activities and be able to dance the night away in mid October?
