Laminoplasty and Fusion Nine Years Ago, Having New Pain...

Hello. I had a C3-7 Laminoplasty and fusion nine years ago. I have had neck pain on and off ever since. However, about 6 weeks ago, my neck was suddenly very stiff and painful with severe headache and right side shoulder and arm pain with pain into my ring and pinky fingers. It has been progressing to left sided shoulder and shooting arm pain, pain in my shoulder blades and now what feels like muscle pain in my legs. I tripped and fell last week, and believe me, I'm too old for that kind of nonsense...My question is this: has anyone ever had to have repeat surgery for basically the same thing years later? I see my neurosurgeon in 8 days. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
