Options after 2 level surgical fusion vs artificial disc replacement

Hello, I am facing two levels of disc problems in C5/6 and C6/7. I have been recommended for fusion surgery but am very concerned that C4 /5 already show moderate signs of disease. My question is: what can be done for C4/5 if I get an artificial disc replacement versus a fusion? With an artificial disc replacement can one have another disc replacement? If C4/5 needs help can I have a fusion on top of an artificial disc replacement? Does anyone know what my options would be with artificial disc replacement? I assume if I get fusion I could get either but if you know that two I would appreciate confirmation. Thanks very much!
