Have my 3rd large cyst at L3L4 in a healthy area. Had two large cysts removed last October. I am 42 yrs old. No accidents. I had spondilothesis at L4L5 After 2 failed fusions I developed 2 large cysts in that area and had to refuse with heavy hardware to prevent a reoccurrence of the cyst. I was told they are from arthritis in the facet joints. I'm wondering how quicky they develop and will I keep getting them in arthritic areas. Any info? Scheduled for surgery to remove this one and a lamenectomy. Afraid it will redevelop with that procedure.
