I am having lower back pain for around 2 months now. I am 16yrs old. The pain is approximately in L4-L5 region. My X-ray was normal. The pain increases when I am in a particular position for some time. By position I mean just four activities - sitting, standing, walking and lying down. However when I switch between these activities, the pain decreases.
When I return from my classes during night (the classes are from 3-8p.m.) the pain is more. While waking up I do have a little pain, but its quite little as compared during the night. I suspect sitting during the classes (they are divided into intervals of 1.5 hrs with a break of 15 mins in between) increases my pain. Though during holidays I do have pain, but sitting increases it a lot. As I said, being in particular position. I don't exactly remember how it started.
I have gone through the articles in this website. They are indeed informative. Keep up the good work.
Does anyone else has a similar problem? How do you deal with it? This problem is badly affecting me in my studies. Any help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
