This can be a pretty common response from many new members.
For the longest time, new members would post with perhaps a sentence or two about their situation and then ask whats wrong.
That became one of the major reasons other member did not respond. Not because they did not want to , but because the originator did not provide any real information for someone to comment on.
About 6 months ago, we started an approval cycle for all new member threads and posts. This has given us the opportunity to review those comments and add information (in the form of a long attachment to the original item) so that the member can provide the rest of the community with enough information.
That still does not mean everyone will get an immediate response. Some threads get commented on almost immediately, others it may take days before people respond.
Try not to take this personal, its just the way online forums work. I am making a point of looking an unanswered threads to see if there is something that needs to be added to make it more effective.
Remember, we know you are in pain, that is the reason you registered here in the first place. All the other members here are also in pain. So at times, things will take time.
