I recently, well almost 9 months ago and have experienced moderate to severe pain in left leg and Knee ( in front and back). Accompany with hip pain. I can't sit for very long periods, also pain and numbness right above left knee, with weakness and apathy, just read a form on this site with same problems. stated could not find much info. on the subject. That person or anyone with knowledge on this talk to me. This back thing has put a twist on my life that is not a good one, Been trying to strengthen core, but found that certain positions while exercising can cause me two do the two steps forward one step back or the opposite witch usually results with me in bed trying to heal or whatever. Told I had nerve damage, wondering if it is continuous? Worries me to say the least.
