My wife had this surgery in AUG 2014. at age 60. Anybody else here had a C2-T2? We'd be interested in hearing how you're doing. She was doing reasonably well considering but at the one year check-up it's been found that some muscle isn't correctly adhering to bone in proper alignment and a third revision surgery is necessary per MRI/CT Scan reviews. She had the first surgery at , acquired a staph infection, and needed a clean-out surgery 30 days later. We're thinking the muscle-healing issue may be a complication of the original infection. I feel bad for her having to go through another surgery but she's looking at it as another link in the chain to get the best possible outcome. The hardware is working fine and no spinal pain, just neck and back muscle pain. Anyone experience similar issues?
