Chronic pain cervical and thorasic

Hello, brand new here. Lots going on but I'll try to keep it short as possible. Multiple car accidents starting at age 10. Hit by one and gone through 2 windshields, chiropractor herniated C6-C7 (replaced by hip bone), bucked off a horse and landed on top of my head. Had RFA 2 years ago for cervical pain. Spinal stenosis, bone spurs, degeneration, and scoliosis. I manage a gym so I am able to be on my feet most of the day which helps. Putting away all the weights that the big boys are too tired to put away doesn't help. Sitting is painful after a while. Injured the muscles in my thorasic 25 years ago and then again 5 years ago. Nerves have started growing back in my neck so I will probably have RFA again. Seems to work the best for my neck. I have a slight twist around T6-T8. Inbetween my shoulder blades is awful. Bounce from recliner to bed and wake up in severe pain. Hardly ever sleep through the night. I am on 5-6 percocet a day since 1998. I have my medical marijuana card which helps me at night but right now I can't have it due to Federal regulations and my narcotic. I could drink a fifth of alcohol if I wanted... that is legal. (sarcasm). So right now I am back to the Baclofen, Soma, Xanex (which of course is okay to take with percocet also. (more sarcasm). I go back to the pain specialist Monday morning to try and figure out the RFA again and also my thorasic which is the real pain right now. I hate wearing a bra, it hurts. Sometimes in the morning you can't touch my back and it can hurt to breathe. TENS unit helps and so does ice. It is a daily thing for the last 3 years. Any suggestions about the thorasic would be greatly appreciated. I have tried the shots in my back, no help. Someone suggested Postural Therapy?? Have done chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, cupping.... alll very expensive and not covered much by insurance. Not something I can keep up with. Thanks for listening....
