1 year Post ALIF weird Muscle Spasm!!!!

So I am really 17 months Post Op and my back is doing well (if your struggling with pain, I didn't get true relief for about a year and still sometimes get uncomfortable. It's nothing like it was though)! Anyway, my incision is about 6 inches long on the left side of my belly button and extends down from there. Since I've started trying to be more active, and at random times when my abdominal muscles are strained, I get muscle spasms that make the area to the left of my incision site, feel like my intestines are pulling or falling out. I know weird right? I'm fairly certain I don't have a bowel obstruction or a hernia because I never get nauseous...it's just the spasm feeling and then I'm sore. Has this happened to anyone else?
