Still hurtin'

Hi all! I am new to this site. I injured my back earlier this year in May and have been in pain since. Went to urgent care, they said it was a sprain/strained sacrum. Gave me an injection, some meds that make me throw up and sent me on my way with a work status that read "take off for the next 6 days, return such and such date with restrictions: no bending, twisting, squatting, over shoulder arm reaching and so forth. No picking up anything more than 10lbs., alternate sitting/standing." I have been doing all that and still am in pain. Sent me to do physical therapy for a little over a month and a half and I still am not well. Not to mention that I have been still working at this point, with restrictions but still working. Sent me to specialist who ordered MRI and tells me there ain't nothing wrong with me. I just DON'T GET IT! This is extremely frustrating. One thing I hate is having doctors look at me like I am faking the entire thing. I am not imagining this pain, it's real, it's there and it's exhausting. Even if an MRI has been done and there is minimal bulging of the disc doesn't mean there isn't anything wrong, right? Obviously if there is a minimal disc bulging that may be all it takes to hurt? Could it be something else? I mean I don't want anything to be wrong but the fact remains the pain is there.
