Okay... This drives me nuts. Insane, crazy--as if I'm not. haha.
I can walk about twenty steps and I feel like I just ran a marathon going up hill. Like my legs are falling off. It's a nagging type of pain going from my low back down both legs. When I stop for 30 seconds or so its subsides. I then go on my merry way and it starts again. Any suggestions on what I can do to prevent this from happening? It's been going on since I had the "pop" in my back and was diagnoised with spondylolisthesis.
