pain after physical therapy

I have severe/moderate stenosis on C4-C7. I had occasional pain in my hand. Once in a while I would without pain a few weeks. I had a physical therapy on last Friday and now I have constant pain in my left hand sometimes pain in my rigtshoulder/hand, pain shooting down right hip & knees.

I was pushing off my surgery because I am single parent and I have a daughter who I have to take care. Her mom is getting married and things are not in order. The constant pain in last two days are making me worried.

[I understand you are not giving medical advice. please any words would be a great help. So much lost in pain and emotional "what-to-do"]
MRI shows C4-C7 severe steonosis. Pain in hand.

I've been dealing with work related neck and back pain since 2009. I had two disc fusions and about a week ago I had a neuro stimulator implanted . I said all that to say this ; I'm not an medical expert but I understand what you are going through. From my past experience I have learned and been told by medical doctors and physical therapist that if you are hurting during your therapy and your pain gets worse and more constant you may have been doing to much or the wrong exercises. Make sure you speak with your doctor to make sure you are getting the right therapy. Also medical conditions can change in a blink of an eye. Try to see your doctor soon just to be safe.
    Take care
