Discogram findings, dye leaked out of both sides of disc, what does this mean?

I had a Discogram done on August 21, 2015, about 11 days ago. It was extremely painful. The pain has not subsided from the test yet. I go back this Friday the 4th, to the doctor who did the test to go over the results and next steps. At the surgery center when the test was finished he said he saw a cracked disc with a tear and possibly fissures , he did not specify which disc, but I had my lower lumbar spine done. Then he said the last disc, which I believe is your L5-S1, when the dye shot through it leaked from both sides of the disc. He called it a bulging disc, but I'm not sure that sounds right to me, can anyone tell me what it means when the dye leaks out of both sides of the disc? I also have bulging discs in my C4 & C5 discs, which we have not even begun treating for those. If anyone can answer my question above I am really hoping for some feedback, I am confused and a little scared. Thanks in advance for any help!

It sounds like he told you what it was "he said he saw a cracked disc with a tear " , that caused the dye to leak out
Do your due dilegence, trust you know your body and question everything if it does not fit. Advocate for yourself and you will be suprised what will be revealed trusting your body and instinct.
