    understanding your post.

But, I think you were saying.

    • - You are a chronic pain patient
      - Taking MScontin and Oxycodone
      - Had a urine drug screening test at your doctor's office
      - They called you telling you they were no longer filling your prescriptions, you need to find another doctor
      - One of their PA's was suppose to help you change the medications, that never happened.
      - Now you need to find another doctor
First question I have is what was the reason the doctor's practice told you that they were not going to fill prescriptions for you and for you to find another doctor?

Second, finding a new pain management doctor might be difficult. Many times you need a referral from your current doctor. But it sounds like that referral would not be good. So, that would mean start looking for various pain management practices and gather all of your medical records, CDs of MRIs, results of all your diagnostic tests.
