I'm a 20 year old guy and I strained my back very badly in December as I broke form during a 120kg squat. After a week, I seemed fine. A month and a half later, the pain returned. And then it returned again, and again, and again...now I can't walk for more than half an hour without feeling my back begin to swell, and thus wear a back support brace pretty much everywhere. I foam roll most days, take cold showers and fish oil, and perform the viparita karani a few times per day, but all of these seem to be just pain relief rather than actually help healing. I've also been seeing a physio, but he has no idea what's wrong with my back other than the fact that he's sure that the problem is muscular in nature, so I'm being sent back to the GP.
Does anyone have any advice for me?No one here is a medical professional, therefore no one can provide any medical advice. Since they are already talking about the problem being muscular in nature (which it does sound), wait until you see your GP
