pregnancy and chronic neck pain

Hi there I was wondering if anyone has been pregnant with cervical DDD and herniated disks some days iam in a lot of pain but other days the pain is a lot more bearable, im due to have facet joint injections in two of my worst areas in my neck so I was hoping if they were successful to go ahead with trying for a baby atm im managing on muscle rubs heat paracetamol& exercise, so my question is has anyone had good pregnancy experiences with this neck condition or bad ? as I have 3 children one boy and two girls but my partner and I would love to add another child to our family as my eldest two are now teenagers and our youngest daughter I know would love a sibling to play with being 2 yr old. Any advice would be appreciated. I assume that its my neck that it shouldn't be too hard because most of the weight bears on hips and lower back thanks guys :-)
