Seeking advice

Good day to all and thanks for taking time to read this .
I am a 56 y/o male and have had back problems for 40 years and have been disabled since 2010 .
My low back pain and (R) leg sciatica is almost unbearable . I have an appointment in a couple of weeks for another epidural , and I am seeking advice and suggestions that I can talk to my Dr. about . Here is the Radiologist opinion from my MRI from 2014, Advanced DDD and arthritic change throughout the Lumbar region , Bilateral neural foraminal encroachment at L-1 - L-2 , broad based disc bulging L-1-L-2 , L-4-L-5 . L-4-L-5 disc bulging has gotten worse since my MRI back in 2011. Spinal Stenosis at L-3-L-4 and L-4-L-5 with bilateral neural foraminal encroachment at each of these levels .
I started having (R) leg sciatica in Jan. 2015 and I am having a hard time with pain management . My current meds are Hydrocodone 10/325 qid , Soma 350 tid , Gabapentin 4oomg qid .
I look forward to hearing from anyone , thank you

Sorry for the misunderstanding , I'm NOT looking for advice on my MRI. I was trying to list the condition of my back . I would like suggestions for pain management to talk to my Dr. about . I know and understand I will never be pain free I was always a very active person . I operated a landscaping company and worked from daylight to dark and had to quit the business in 2010. My motto right now is as long as I can put my shoes on and get outside I'm a happy guy , I'm doing good to get to the bathroom and back to bed right now . Thanks and again sorry for the misunderstanding.

There is nobody on the forum medically qualified or permitted to advise on an MRI
