I must have torn a ligament or tendon in my lower back a few days ago. What exercises should I do to heal my back? Should I just maintain good posture and let my back heal?
I was using the Mckenzie method for a few days, but I noticed it says that you should not do the exercises if you have had a recent severe injury.
I was feeling good using the Mckenzie method, but I'm not sure if that's because of the exercises or becuase I started maintaining good posture.
I'm not sure if my tendon tear is classified as severe. Should I continue using the Mckenzie method
