Severe Pain between shoulder blades

Hello, I am new to this site and I have been having pain in my whole upper back (mainly from one shoulder blade straight across to the other) for a year now. I am a 34 year old women, 130 pounds, 5'3", and have never had an issue with back problems my whole life. I have actually always had a really strong back. So, I was really surprised to have pain there. When it started I went to a few doctors and all I got was...It's a pulled muscle! As time went on, it got worse. So, I went back and still a pulled muscle. I couldn't get any answers or help. So, I just had to deal with it. The past 6 months I started to feel it a little around the kidney area (not kidney stones or anything like that), my blood pressure is low, body temperature is low/chills/nonstop shivering ( I have to wear socks, pants, long sleeve shirt in the summer while it is 90 outside) (told the low BP and body temperature was nothing to worry about) easy for them to say...I feel like I have hypothermia, light headed everytime I stand up, get instantly nauseous run to the bathroom and just pass out / 3 times, started getting really fatigue, adult acne (painful inflamed bumps filled with just oil never turns white/never had acne until this past year), heartburn/acid reflux, constantly burping everyday all day, nonstop thick drainage in the back of my throat (clearing throat and constantly swollowing to try to get it down), headaches/migraines, and I do have extremely heavy menstrual cycles (blood clots) for 10 days each month but have been told that's no big deal. Now, this past week my muscles from the bottom of my shoulder blades and up to the top of my neck are extremely tight and really sore. I haven't done anything for them to be sore (like after lifting weights). I also have a heaviness on my chest and hard to breath. The pain is worse then it has ever been. I haven't been able to sleep at all. All the symptoms I have listed is what I have noticed within the past year. I have no idea if they are even connected. I have been to my family doctor, gynecologist (check hormone levels but was told the test will come back different every time and is not reliable), dermatologist, ER several times, specialist for my spine (said it's a pulled muscle and wouldn't send me for a MRI/xray), and all blood work comes back normal (have been told I have Anemia and have been on iron pills with no improvement). I know I need to go ahead and get diagnosed for GERDS but I just don't see that causing everything or does it? I know GERDS causes some of the symptoms I have but wondering if it could be something else that is connecting it all. Been on nexium for 2 months and it seem to calm it down but I still feel it. I have looked over all similar threads like this but they are not having the same symptoms. The GERDS symptoms are the same but that's it. I don't know where to go from here. Thanks to other peoples threads I have been able to do a little more research. That's how I connected back pain to GERDS. One women said her husband was tired of messaging her upper back around the shoulder blades and so was mine. I have found that damage to the nerves on T5 & T6 of the spine causes almost all of these symptoms together but my problem is, I have never done anything to damage the nerves. Does it seem that I am getting somewhere with this? I do need to mention the pain in upper back is not constant. It does hurt everyday but not all day. It comes and goes, which is really confusing to me. I know the comments will not be professional medical advice but someone who has suffered with all of this will become an expert over time...lol! Especially when you can't get help or answers and you live in constant pain. Do you think I am getting close to fixing the problem with the nerve damage to the spain or do I need to go a completely different way with this? I will just have to be my own doctor and figure this out because I can not get any help at all. Once I have a good idea of what it could be, the next step will be to actually get a doctor to take me serious and help. I can't take this anymore and I am determined to get it fixed and any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
