Burning/Pinching Pain

Had my SCS in April, and its been wonderful. I work 12 hr shifts, and I have just gone back to them on the 1st. I have not done any lifting or twisting or anything like that but I have noticed that I have a burning/pinching where the battery is, to the point where I am very uncomfortable. It happens mainly if I am bending to sit, or things like that, its not constant. I am assuming its due to the 12 hr shifts. I am not in town to see my doc, but its not bad enough for a trip to the ER. Anyone else have this issue?
