Spasms from possible sacroiliac joint dysfunction

Hi, I am a newbie to the site and have been in search of answers to an issue of getting a spasm & twitch attack that affect my legs.
It affects to quite an extreme that & I can't walk & my legs give way. Earlier this year I had a fall at work and fell and landed on my left side (buttock, leg & wrist). 1 week later I was due to get L5/S1 facet joint injections & had one & was fine. A week later again I had tingling down my left leg and felt a weird pain/sensation in lower back and got leg spasm & weakness. Was in hospital for few days and had brain scan, MRI Spine, EEG, nerve conduction & was normal apart from already known Cervical & L4/5 disc bulges. I was diagnosed by Neurologist as a type of Neurological overload from stress. I have had ongoing pain in left buttock & lower back & another lot of spasms in my legs recently and wondering if it could be related to sacroilliac?? Watching the video it says you can get spasms in nearby muscles? Has anyone experienced spasms with it, and if so what muscles and how severe? Thank you for any thoughts or help identifying this puzzle. :-)
