10 weeks post op L4-L5 decompression / coflex implant

44 Yrs M , Underwent surgery 10 weeks ago , L4/L5 decompression + coflex implant . First of all incision was made on my left hand side right above hip-bone . Even sitting down is quite bad . I am not sure if i need more patience ! 10 weeks sounds early for such operations ?? Help pls !
