Spondylolyethesis and ddd L3/4

Qualified nurse, had spinal injection, worked wonderfully for under a week, unable to work since July due to pain, and not able to walk without stick as feel left leg being dragged, dosed up to eyeballs on medications, have the best ever consultant, but can't see him for 2 weeks, unsure of future plans but just want to get back to normal. Anyone else going through same?

  • Sounds like you have developed a neurological symptom since the epidural. Since it was a week after the epidural who knows if the Epidural threw you into it! I developed Cervical Myelopathy the day after my Epidural. I will never do it again! You need to insist on being seen sooner because of this weakness in your leg! The disc is pressing on a nerve and not correcting itself.
